Anuncios Elite is a profile display site within the Anuncios Elite network. Advertiser registration and verification take place through anuncioselite.com.
Is not an agency of any kind nor acts as an intermediary in the hiring of services.
Does not facilitate, organize, or coordinate meetings between users and advertisers.
Does not employ or represent the advertisers who publish on it.
Is limited exclusively to offering digital advertising space.

Be at least 18 years old. By accessing the site, you declare under oath that you are at least 18 years of age.

Not be subject to legal prohibitions that prevent you from using this type of platform.
We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend access for those who do not meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
There are two types of users on the Platform:
Visitors: Users who browse public content without the need for registration.
Advertisers: Independent professionals who create an account to publish ads.
If you create an account as an advertiser:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all of them without the right to a refund.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Visitor Obligations
As a visitor to the Platform, you agree to:
Not use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
Not reproduce, distribute, or modify published content without authorization.
Not harass, threaten, or contact advertisers in an abusive manner.
Not attempt to access restricted areas or other users' accounts.

6. Advertiser Obligations
As an advertiser, you agree to:

Use only your own original photographs. The use of third-party images or images downloaded from the internet is prohibited.
Conduct your activity in a voluntary, independent, and lawful manner in accordance with the legislation of your jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable Use
The following is strictly prohibited:
Using the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
Publishing content that promotes human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion.
Performing scraping, data mining, or automated data collection.
Introducing viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
Impersonating another person or creating fake profiles.
Using the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
8. Content and Verification
All content published by advertisers is their sole responsibility. The Platform reserves the right to:
Review and moderate published content.
Request verification of identity and age from advertisers.
Reject or remove any content that violates these terms or our Content Policy.
Suspend accounts that publish false, misleading content or content that does not correspond to the advertiser.
9. Client Reviews
Users registered as clients, with a verified email, may post text reviews about profiles on the site. A review must describe the author's own, real experience with the person in the profile. Fabricated reviews, reviews written on commission, reviews about oneself and reviews copied from other sites are forbidden.
All reviews, and advertisers' replies, are checked before they are published. At any time we may reject, unpublish or remove those that include third parties' personal data (real name, phone, address, license plate or anything else that could identify someone); references to minors; signs of lack of consent, coercion or trafficking; mentions of drugs; claims about a person's health; insults, threats or accusations against third parties; spam, links or advertising for other people or sites; or content that does not describe a real experience. We do not edit the text of a review: we publish it as it was sent or reject it stating the reason.
Whoever posts a review is responsible for its content and states that it is truthful. By sending it, they grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide and indefinite license to publish, reproduce, translate and display it on the Anuncios Elite network sites, together with the display name they choose. That name does not have to be their real name.
The advertiser may publicly reply to each review on their profile and report any review they consider contrary to these rules. Replies follow the same moderation criteria. A report does not automatically unpublish the review: we review it again and decide.
Reviews are their authors' opinions and do not represent the opinion of Anuncios Elite, which does not verify what each review describes. We do not show scores or ratings.
To limit abuse, each client may review the same profile once every 30 days and post up to 5 reviews per day. We may suspend the ability to post reviews for anyone who breaks these rules.
10. Intellectual Property
The design, logo, source code, and structure of the Platform are the property of Anuncios Elite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Advertisers retain the rights to their original content but grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display such content within any site of the Anuncios Elite network (anuncioselite.com) while the account is active.
11. Payments and Refunds
The Platform's advertising services may require the payment of fees according to the chosen plan:
Payments are securely processed through external payment providers.
No refunds will be granted once the ad has been published and the contracted period has begun, except in the case of a verifiable error by the Platform.
Accounts suspended for violation of these terms will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining period.
The Platform reserves the right to modify its fees with prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is offered "as is" and "as available." Anuncios Elite shall not be liable for:
The truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of content published by advertisers.
Any interaction, agreement, or transaction that occurs between users and advertisers outside the Platform.
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Temporary interruptions of service due to maintenance or force majeure.
The content of third-party websites linked from the Platform.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account, at any time and without prior notice, if we determine that these Terms and Conditions have been violated. The user may also request the deletion of their account at any time through our contact page or by writing to soporte@anuncioselite.com.
14. Modifications
Anuncios Elite reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon their publication on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the general principles of law applicable in the corresponding jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution before resorting to legal proceedings.
16. Contact
