1. Definition of Advertiser
An "Advertiser" is defined as any individual over 18 years of age who registers on Anuncios Elite (anuncioselite.com) for the purpose of publishing ads to promote their professional services independently. By registering as an advertiser, you accept these Advertiser Terms in their entirety, in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of the Platform. Advertiser registration and verification is managed by Anuncios Elite (anuncioselite.com).
2. Eligibility
To register as an advertiser, you must:
Be over 18 years of age and be able to prove it with valid documentation.
Act on your own behalf and voluntarily, without coercion from third parties.
Comply with applicable legislation in your jurisdiction for the exercise of your activity.
Have the legal capacity to accept these terms and be contractually bound.
3. Registration and Verification Process
Registration as an advertiser includes the following steps. This process is managed by Anuncios Elite (anuncioselite.com).
Account creation: Provide a valid email address and create secure login credentials.
Identity verification: Submit documentation proving your identity and legal age.
Photo verification: Complete a verification process to confirm that you are the person appearing in the ad photographs.
Publication: Your public profile will be activated once the verification process is approved. Your account is created immediately upon registration and does not require approval.
Anuncios Elite reserves the right to reject any registration application without the need for justification.
4. Advertiser Obligations
As an advertiser, you agree to:
Publish truthful information: All content in your ad must be accurate, current, and faithfully represent you.
Conduct your activity lawfully: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Act voluntarily: You confirm that your activity and your presence on the Platform are by your own choice, without pressure or coercion from third parties.
Not advertise third-party services: Your ad must refer exclusively to you and your own services.
Keep your profile updated: Update your information when relevant changes occur.
Respond to verification requests: Cooperate with the Platform when additional verifications are requested.
Comply with the Content Policy and all other Platform policies.
5. Advertiser Independence
The relationship between Anuncios Elite and the advertiser is strictly that of an advertising space provider and a client of said service. It is expressly established that:
No employment relationship of any kind exists between the Platform and the advertiser.
No agency, representation, partnership, or joint venture relationship exists.
The advertiser is an independent professional operating under their own responsibility.
Anuncios Elite does not supervise, direct, or control the advertiser's activity outside the Platform.
The advertiser is solely responsible for their tax, legal, and any other obligations.
6. Ad Content
Regarding the content published in your ads:
Must be original: Photographs and texts must be of your own authorship and represent you.
Is not redistributable: Anuncios Elite does not redistribute or commercialize your content outside the Platform.
License of use: By publishing, you grant Anuncios Elite a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content within any site of the Anuncios Elite network (anuncioselite.com) while your account is active.
Content removal: Upon closing your account or deleting an ad, your content will be removed from the Platform within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Payments and Refunds
Anuncios Elite's advertising services are subject to the following financial conditions:
Fees: Prices for different plans and services are published on the Platform and may vary. You will be informed before confirming any payment.
Payment method: Payments are processed through secure external payment providers.
No refunds after publication: Once the ad has been published and the contracted period has begun, no refunds will be granted except in the case of a verifiable error by the Platform.
Suspension for non-compliance: If your account is suspended for violation of terms or policies, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining period.
Renewals: If your plan includes automatic renewal, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before the charge is processed.
8. Suspension and Termination
Anuncios Elite may suspend or cancel your advertiser account in the following cases:
Violation of the terms or any Platform policy.
Publication of false, misleading content or content that does not represent you.
Suspicion that a third party manages or controls your account.
Creation of multiple accounts by the same person.
Illegal activity or suspicion of involvement in human trafficking.
Failure to cooperate in verification processes.
At the Platform's discretion when there are well-founded reasons.

9. Liability
As an advertiser, you are solely responsible for:
The truthfulness and legality of the content you publish.
Compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Any interaction, agreement, or transaction with third parties arising from your ad.
Any damages that may arise from your content or your activity.
You agree to hold Anuncios Elite harmless against any claim, lawsuit, or damage arising from your activity as an advertiser or from the content you publish on the Platform.
10. Modifications
Anuncios Elite reserves the right to modify these Advertiser Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to advertisers with active accounts via their registered email address and published on the Platform. Continued use of the services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Third-Party Consent in Content
The Advertiser declares and warrants that all identifiable persons appearing in published content have granted their explicit consent for such publication. The Advertiser:
Is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining such consent.
Indemnifies the Platform, its operators and affiliates against any claim, damage or cost arising from the publication of content without adequate third-party consent.
Accepts that the Platform may flag content containing identifiable third parties, requiring consent confirmation.
Accepts that flagged content will remain hidden from the public site until consent is confirmed.
Accepts that failure to confirm consent may result in content removal and possible account sanctions.
